El Contrato es vinculante tras aceptación escrita de la Empresa después de la inspección técnica.
The Contract becomes binding upon written acceptance by the Company following a technical inspection.
El Cliente debe ser el propietario o contar con autorización expresa.
The Customer must own the Property or have explicit authorization.
Cualquier modificación debe ser aceptada por escrito.
Any modification must be accepted in writing.
Costes adicionales serán comunicados al Cliente.
Any additional costs will be communicated to the Customer.
El Cliente tiene derecho a desistir del contrato en un plazo de 14 días naturales.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days.
La Empresa puede cobrar costes razonables por desmontaje o depreciación.
The Company may charge reasonable costs for dismantling or depreciation.
No aplica a Productos hechos a medida.
Not applicable to customized Products.
La Empresa puede subcontratar partes de la ejecución, manteniendo responsabilidad ante el Cliente.
The Company may subcontract parts of the service while remaining liable to the Customer.
Los precios incluyen todos los costes asociados salvo indicación contraria.
Prices include all associated costs unless stated otherwise.
Costes adicionales por imprevistos serán notificados.
Additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances will be notified.

La Empresa puede aplazar o cancelar la instalación si detecta riesgos.
The Company may postpone or cancel installation if risks are detected.
Cualquier variación necesaria será comunicada al Cliente.
Any necessary variation will be communicated to the Customer.
Los plazos de entrega son aproximados y sujetos a condiciones externas.
Delivery times are approximate and subject to external conditions.
No dan lugar a indemnización por retraso.
Delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.
La entrega se considera realizada una vez que los Productos estén instalados y funcionando.
Delivery is deemed completed once the Products are installed and operational.
La Empresa conserva la propiedad de los Productos hasta el pago completo.
The Company retains ownership of the Products until full payment is made.

La Empresa sólo responderá por daños causados por su propia negligencia.
The Company will only be liable for damages caused by its own negligence.
La Empresa es responsable únicamente por daños directos y limitados.
The Company is only responsible for direct and limited damages.
No responde por pérdidas indirectas o lucro cesante.
It is not liable for indirect losses or loss of earnings.
El tratamiento de datos se ajusta al RGPD y la LOPDGDD.
Data processing complies with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.
Datos pueden ser compartidos con Instaladores autorizados.
Data may be shared with authorized Installers.
Todos los derechos sobre diseños, manuales, documentos y marcas pertenecen a la Empresa.
All rights over designs, manuals, documents, and trademarks belong to the Company.
